Bin collections continue, but residents asked to double-bag tissues

Statement from South Northants Council on recycling
All of the recycling collected in the blue bins is taken to Casepak's Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) in Leicester. Here it is separated into different types of material (e.g. paper, card, aluminium) using various mechanical and hand sorting methods.

Village Information booklet
In 2013, the Parish Council compiled a booklet to provide information about the history, community and services of the villages of Cogenhoe and Whiston. The Parish Council is updating this with a view to publish a new 2017/2018 version and the 2013 version is now available on the website.

Rural Wellbeing Servce bus to visit Cogenhoe
The Rural Wellbeing bus that promotes personal and community wellbeing to residents over the age of 50, will be visiting the village on Tues 6th June, Tues 6th July, Tues 1st Aug & Tues 22nd Aug between 10am-12pm. It will be parked near the shop.
