Sometime during the hours of darkness last night (Monday)at least two residents of Cogenhoe had large pot plants taken from their gardens. There was a considerable distance between the properties so I suspect the culprits had previously cruised the village looking for items to steal and returned under cover of darkness. Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary from a property in Whiston where four males have smashed their way through a rear window to the property. They have been disturbed by a returning resident and have made off accross fields to a waiting car.

This happened between the hours of 12.30 and 13.30 on Thursday 23rd May 2019.

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary from a shed and garden on Station Road where unknown persons have accessed a property from the rear, forced the shed and taken items from within the shed as well as items from the garden.
