Thefts - Cogenhoe
Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information.
There has been a spate of thefts from the front of peoples properties in Cogenhoe, Plants, small trees and pots have been stolen.
The areas affected are Church Street, Burmans Way and Station Road,

Cogenhoe - Theft of large pot plants
Sometime during the hours of darkness last night (Monday)at least two residents of Cogenhoe had large pot plants taken from their gardens. There was a considerable distance between the properties so I suspect the culprits had previously cruised the village looking for items to steal and returned under cover of darkness. We have received a number of complaints regarding traffic and parking outside our schools, we therefore are sending out this timely reminder;
- Park with consideration to residents – do not block or overlap driveways.
- Do not park on the corners of junctions as you reduce views and make it awkward for vehicles to safety turn into or out of a street.

Cyclist seriously injured in Cogenhoe – appeal for witnesses
Officers investigating the circumstances of a cyclist sustaining a serious head injury in Cogenhoe are appealing for witnesses to get in touch.
At around 11.30am on Sunday, June 2, a man cycling along York Avenue towards Station Road fell from his bicycle, suffering a suspected life-threatening head injury which saw him flown to University Hospital Coventry by air ambulance.

Whiston Burglary Dwelling Crime Ref 19000263828
Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary from a property in Whiston where four males have smashed their way through a rear window to the property. They have been disturbed by a returning resident and have made off across fields to a waiting car.
This happened between the hours of 12.30 and 13.30 on Thursday 23rd May 2019.
